ScoopFree guarantees that you and your cat will be fully satisfied – and if not, just call us within 90 days of purchase (with your receipt and name of the store of purchase) and we will send you a prepaid shipping label so you can return ScoopFree directly to us.  We will refund your actual purchase price and pay 100% of the shipping costs if returned directly to us from anywhere in the United States.

Limited Warranty: ScoopFree Original and Ultra Self Cleaning Litter Boxes

ScoopFree Original and Ultra self-cleaning litter boxes carry a Limited Warranty for one year from the date of purchase on all major parts if used and maintained under normal conditions.  Manufacturer will either replace or repair (at its option) major part(s) free of charge.

This Limited Warranty does not cover misuse, abuse, accidents or unauthorized services or parts, or the combination of ScoopFree with other products.  To the extent allowed by law, Lucky Litter LLC shall not be responsible or liable for any personal injury, property or incidental damage of any kind resulting from malfunctions, defects, misuse, improper use or alteration of this product. 

90-Day Guarantee and Limited Warranty apply only to original purchaser of ScoopFree product.  If returning product directly to Lucky Litter LLC, a copy of the receipt must be returned to exercise 90-Day Guarantee and Limited Warranty.  This is the only Guarantee and Limited Warranty available and cannot be altered, enlarged or changed by any retailer or person whatsoever.

One year Limited Warranty applies to ScoopFree self-cleaning litter box and ScoopFree Ultra self-cleaning litter box.

ScoopFree Slide carries a Limited Warranty for three years from the date of purchase on all major parts if used and maintained under normal conditions.  Manufacturer will either replace or repair (at its option) major part(s) free of charge.
