Today was the Chicago Triathlon. I can’t imagine swimming, biking and running all in the same morning. I love to walk around the bath tub, but I don’t like swimming. I never tried biking, but I’m a good runner. You should see how I run up and back through my house. Some say I’m a great sprinter and an even better hurlder — I haven’t met a couch or chair I can’t clear! My favorite track and field event is starting on the dining room table, jumping across the living room and onto the couch. I have to confess, though, sometimes my timing is off and I bounce off the couch into wall! No wonder some people call me psycho
Alan saw his friends Collin and Joe earlier today. They work at a company called Neuros, and they make a cool gadget so you can record TV shows onto a small memory chip, which you can put into a cell phone or media player. I’m not exactly sure what it does but if you know any gadget heads, check our www.Neuros.com for great stocking stuffer ideas.
My guardian is weird. He left me for a few hours to go a Hip Hop Sketch Comedy show tonight. What is Hip Hop Sketch Comedy? I wonder what would happen if I pursued a career in music. Hmm… can your cat sing, too?
Alan was happy tonight. ScoopFree was voted as one of the Top 25 favorite new products by Petco store managers at an annual meeting for Petco employees. This is a big deal. More than 430 new products were considered. Store managers nominated their favorites, and 51 finalists were announced. Then there was another round of voting and ScoopFree was one of the Top 25 favorite new products. Pretty cool! I like my ScoopFree litter box… and evidently 800+ Petco store managers do, too! ScoopFree will be available in some Petco stores later this year.
I went to the vet today and I was scared. I didn’t want to go and, well, I bit Alan! Sorry dude. I hope your left arm heels soon.
I love to look out the window. Chicago has a beautiful skyline. Lots of tall buildings. Pretty reflections of the sun at the end of the day. And now I see what looks like a giant Lego set across the street. They are making a new building. And this crane is cool! It looks to be about 20 stories tall, and has a giant car at the top that slides back and forth. Oh, how I amuse myself!
