I had some cat nip today. Not sure what I did to deserve it. I once heard it’s good for my digestive system. Someone else said it’s not good for me. I’m not sure which is correct, but I like it. Do you ever give your cat catnip? Why or why not?
Tonight is the Cats on Parade art auction and fundraiser for some Chicago area animal shelters. I was not able to attend, but perhaps I’ll pose for a portrait next year. Have you ever had a portrait made of your animals?
I’m so excited. I got a new toy. It’s a furry mouse on a string, and it hangs from the top of the door. Every time it hit the mouse it chirps as it swings back and forth. It’s really cool, and I like to play with it for hours at at time.
People named Joan and Morris came to visit today. No, not that Morris. Another one. I wonder if any famous cats are reading this.

1. Dude (Cheryl Woodson)
2. Velcro (Jean Meyer)
3. Breakfast (Alison Kuntz)
4. Peanut Pigpen TwoCents (Cheryl Dare)
